finely worked with round sides subtly divided into eight lobes, the interior decorated with bands of thinner petals radiating from a cross-hatched centre, the exterior decorated in low relief with a hibiscus blossom flanked by buds and curling leaves on each petal, framed by stylised pendent leaves and trefoil petals, interrupted by four evenly spaced handles worked in high relief as floral blooms flanked by curling foliage, all supported on a countersunk base worked in the form of a chrysanthemum with curled petals as the foot of the bowl, the stone of a spinach-green colour mottled with white inclusions and dark speckles

In overall good condition with only some typical nicks to the extremities. One reticulated floral handle has a polished area on the right, possibly to conceal a few small chips. The stone has some natural veining, inclusions and pittings.
