There are a number of small holes scattered throughout the surface, most noticeable on the front of the figure's skirt and lotus base, and to the top of the elephant's head. There are a number of small losses to the figure's tiara. There is a loss to the tip of the index finger on the left hand, and a loss to the tied ornament on the right side of the necklace and to the ends of the trailing ribbons. There are chips and losses to the scrolling leaves flanking the figure, and around the edge of the base. There is a crack along the base of the fingers of the right hand, and a loss to the tips of the elephants tusks.
