題跋：（文）一雨垂垂春欲徂，弱雲狼藉草紛敷。池塘水滿魚爭躍，竹逕泥深鳥亂呼。暝色排簷失昏旦，涼聲入枕夢江湖。山齋十日經過斷，榻得南宫水墨圖。徵明。鈐印：文徵明印、惟庚寅吾以降、玉蘭堂印
（張）落筆揮灑亦如風雨之□至江，謂興与景會者耶？懶逸張孝思識。鈐印：張則之、朗潤堂印、張孝思、懶逸
（華）禾中質樸...（釋文略）...以附後。先大夫得此卷於永新時，著跋語卅則。因擬重付裝潢，故未書於卷尾，而以小帙記之。今既裝成，爰從原稿補錄如右，以重先人手澤云。光緒乙未（1895）四月朔，華世芳。鈐印：世芳、若谿

- Silk bears a severely darkened tone due to age.
- Restoration of silk loss and ink loss can be found here and there on the scroll.
- Minor mold stains to silk.
- Colophon slightly cropped, with one vertical crack and minor paper loss.
