釋文：蘭亭當日事。有崇山，茂林修竹，群賢畢至。湍激清流相映帶，旁引流觴曲水。但暢敘幽情而已。一詠一觴真足樂，厭管弦絲竹紛塵耳。春正暮，共修禊。
惠風和暢新天氣。騁高懷，仰觀宇宙，俯察品類。俯仰之間因所寄。放蕩形骸之外。曾不知，老之將至。感慨舊游成陳迹，念人生行樂都能幾。後視今，昔猶爾。《林正大賀新郎》。
款識：趙文敏画《蘭亭圖》卷，寒齋舊藏，癸丑（1913）之後失去。每憶其人物運筆，蕭澹閒遠，真得晉人風度。近從友人處見一無款卷子，明人題曰「晉唐風致」。其布局仍似蘭亭，畫筆不近文敏，因臨見一角並書前詞于上。乙亥（1935）十二月，張大千。鈐印：遊藝中原、蜀郡張爰、大風堂、大千無恙
