the tapering body cast on one face with a vertical panel denoting the zhonglv and the reverse dated to the third year of Qianlong, each inscription flanked by pairs of rectangular panels enclosing three raised bosses arranged in three horizontal registers, surmounted by a stylised finial
Condition
This bell is in good condition, but there is some flattening to the relief inscriptions and dents to the sides, where the bell has been struck. There is also some small dents to the lower edge.
