of square section, rising from a ring foot to a short tapering neck, moulded on the sides in relief with a pair of elephant head handles suspending fixed rings, covered overall with a rich purplish-blue glaze, inscribed to the base with a six-character reign mark

The cong is in very good condition with the exception of some minor glaze firing imperfections including some blisters and uneven glaze running on the sides with handles.
