These bowls are in good condition, but have some minor glaze scratches to the interior.

此類雙色五爪火珠龍紋盌，乃清宮皇族饗宴專用食皿。清宮檔案記載，乾隆年間，嬪位居五等，專用藍地黃龍盌，貴妃居四，專用黃地綠龍盌，貴人位處六等，專用綠地紫龍盌，詳見，《Splendours of China’s Forbidden City. The Glorious Reign of Emperor Qianlong》，Field Museum，芝加哥，2004年，頁202。

參考四例，其一為Frances H. Horne收藏相近盌例成對，曾售於紐約蘇富比1993年6月1/2日，編號41；其二售於香港蘇富比1984年11月20日，編號 433；其三，紐約佳士得1990年6月1日，編號 279；其四，倫敦佳士得2003年6月17日，編號 40。北京故宮博物院藏盌例成對，尺寸較大，曾展於《Splendor of China’s Forbidden City》，同上註，編號252；另一例出自R.I.C. Herridge收藏，曾售於倫敦蘇富比1974年7月8/9日，編號 367，後易手於香港蘇富比1978年11月29日，編號 352。

南京博物院現藏帶康熙年款藍地黃龍盌，乃本品之雛本，圖見於《宮廷珍藏：中國清代官窰瓷器》，上海，2003年，圖版72。清宮舊藏一例，帶雍正年款，現藏北京，圖錄於《故宮博物院藏文物珍品大系‧雜釉彩‧素三彩》，上海，2009年，圖版64。
