李義弘近期的作品啟發自遊歷，渴望捕捉旅程中瞬間的浮光掠影。上至巨型樹景，以至微細山石，每幅風景畫作均可見藝術家揉合當代風格與文人傳統的高深功力。《濱海薄霧》（拍品編號2958）構圖簡潔，墨跡豐實飽滿，巧妙結合了藝術家對傳統的感悟和對故鄉深切熱愛的情懷。本作亦為斯特凡諾．倫蒂尼長篇音樂專輯《聖母悼歌》的封套畫像，當中的音樂作品為王家衛執導之金像獎提名電影《一代宗師》配樂。
