戊子之夏，道出於潛，遂遊天目，其山高峻入雲，巖嶺竦疊，水因山曲，下注於龍池，東出臨安為大溪，東流為苕，西趨於潛為紫溪，合桐廬之水，以滙於浙江。山行數里，越嶺至寺，杉、松、橡、櫟皆十圍，干雲直上，水木相映，秋飊夏寒，登山過七里亭，宿於上方，石楠方華，敷霜散雪，離披澗谷，將觀於龍池，則絕頂無路不可登。澗上孤峯雲岸，曰望江臺。攀巖履石行數里，有五峰欹側，奇木橫生，其下絕壁百仞，曰倒挂蓮花峯。□元間，高峯妙禪師登峯頂七日，□悟道歸，路至垂雲洞，洞如眢井，淵然以深，莫測其底止。洞中隱者贈雲霧草，草生於百尺松杉之巔，挂樹無根，蓋山高氣寒，霜露之所結成，峻陰不可采，冬隨雪而落，始得藏焉。旁臨師子巖溪，張道陵鍊丹處也，有洗鉢泉出，樹根渟泓數年。曉登東峯觀雲海，覽晦冥變化之狀。山僧以白朮飲余，其味芳甘，云自種者不如野之佳也。三日而還，賦詩五章，以貽山僧。異日重遊，驂鸞之客，倘遇之歟。溥儒記。

-Paper losses along the edges and in the middle and at the upper right and upper left, paper cracks, and foxing can be found on the calligraphy, which can be improved by restoration. Otherwise, generally in fair condition.
