- bronze
of flattened globular form supported on three conical feet, well cast with a waisted neck and flared rim and set with a pair loop handles, the base with a six-character apocryphal Xuande mark within a recessed panel, the bronze with a golden patina
Condition
There is some light occasional pitting and some surface scratches, all consistent with the type. Otherwise the censer is in good condition. The censer has been cleaned to a golden patina as visible on the photo.
