of lobed oval form supported on a low foot, decorated on a lavender-blue ground with checkered motifs flanked by foliate peony sprays, the interior and the base glazed turquoise, the latter inscribed with a four-character archaistic mark
Condition
The rim is somewhat warped to one side and the there is some rubbing to the gilding on the rim. Otherwise the bowl is in good condition.
