each with an everted rim, the ruby-red bowl carved with four barbed panels enclosing a variety of birds and flowers; the pink glass bowl decorated with two magpies and a gnarled branch of prunus
Condition
The two bowls are in good overall condition. There is some expected original nibbling to the edge of the carving, minor original gaps or minute air bubbles, all consistent with the type. The colours are consistent, if not slightly deeper compared to the catalogue illustration.
