with rounded sides rising to an everted rim, decorated around the exterior with two five-clawed iron-red dragons striding above tempestuous waves reaching for 'flaming pearls', the base inscribed in iron-red with a six-character Daoguang Gengxu cyclical date (in accordance with 1851)
Condition
The bowl is in overall good condition. There are a few typical firing imperfections including pinholes and iron spots to the interior.
