seated in vajraparyankasana, the principal hands in anjalimudra and the attendant arms raised in vitarkamudra, the left holding a lotus, a deer skin falling over his bejewelled torso, wearing a crown, a shawl and a finely incised dhoti, his jewellery embellished with turquoise and coral beads

There is surface wear and rubbing to the gilding in areas, consistent with age and as visible on the photo. There are a few dents to the rim of the base, the tip of the crown and more generally the extremities, as well as some wear to rear of the head. The base has been unsealed and resealed. Some of the coloured beads are likely to be later replacements.
