the plain brushpot carved with a cylindrical body rising to a lipped rim, all supported on a beaded edge extending onto three short feet, the base with a central plug
Condition
The brushpot is in overall good condition. There is a crack measuring approx. 1.2 cm. extending from the central plug to the base, in addition to some typical age cracks along the mouthrim. The actual colour is somewhat warmer and slightly more yellow, less white, compared to the catalogue illustration.
