Condition
Movement running at time of cataloging, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
Case in very good condition with light scratches overall, wear to the edges and heavier scratches to the case back and cuvette. Bezel in very good condition with crisp reeding and slight wear to the enamel in the bezel. Nick to the back of the bottom right lug. Dial is in very good condition with no cracks or chips. Very few slight spots to the inner ring. Movement in good condition with light scratches.

The Longines pilots' watch was developed in 1929 in a collaborative effort between Captain Philip Van Horn Weems and Longines. It was further updated and improved upon several years later by another collaboration with a famous pilot, Charles Lindbergh. The present example survives in fantastic condition with the original, enamel dial and well preserved bezel with enamel numerals.
