Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US; this piece may contain a ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Accompanied by SSEF report no. 79504, stating that the sixty-six pearls measuring from approximately 5.15 to 6.70mm, were found to be natural, saltwater. Additionally accompanied by The Gem & Pearl laboratory report no. 10892, stating that the sixty-six largest pearls measuring from approximately 4.80 to 6.60mm, were found to be natural, saltwater. The roundish, oval, button, drop and barrel shaped pearls of slightly cream to light cream body colour, partly with rosé and green overtones, with good skin and lustre and a few blemishes; for further details on the pearls, please refer to the gemmological reports. Ruby on the clasp purplish-red of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions and abrasions. Diamonds bright and lively. Signs of normal wear to the metal. Clasp secure; safety chain. Gross weight approximately 21 grams.
