Condition
Please note we do not guarantee watch movements. Mechanical movement in running condition at time of cataloguing. Please note that the movement has not been tested for the accuracy of its time keeping and therefore a service should be carried out in the near future at the buyer's expense.
Signed Cartier, Paris, Londres, New York, maker's mark, inscribed Made in France, watch case numbered 8098, French assay and maker's marks. British import marks for 18 carat gold, London 1930. Watch movement by European Watch and Clock Co. Inc., 17 Jewels, cut-bi-metallic compensation balance, nickel lever movement. Enamel with some visible damage, loss and scratches. Diamonds bright and lively, four diamonds missing. Mirror in good condition, a little loose in the mounting, lipstick and powder compartments in good condition. Signs of wear to the metal and enamel consistent with age and use. Gross weight approximately 204 grams.
