Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US; this piece may contain a ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Accompanied by CISGEM report no. 97, stating that the thirty-eight rubies weighing from approximately 0.55 carats to 1.50 carats, show no indications of heating (for the most part). Indistinct maker's mark. Numbered multiple times 1530. Rubies estimated to weigh a total of approximately 18.00 - 20.00 carats, of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, very well matched in colour. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 20.00 - 24.00 carats, on average G - H colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Signs of wear to the metal consistent with us, well articulated and very well preserved. Clasp secure. Detachable into two segments, but with no additional fittings. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 87 grams.
