Condition
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 49116, stating that the sapphire weighing 28.26 carats, measuring 18.23 x 13.67 x 10.45mm, is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating.
Stamped 750 for gold and inscribed BS to the outside of the band. Inside of band inscribed 1 Sa 28.26, 16 Sa 2.61, the indicated weights of the central stone and of the side stones respectively. Central sapphire of medium strong saturation, with a few typical crystal inclusions and some abrasions, nicks and a few minor chips due to normal wear. Please refer to report for further details on the sapphire. Signs of wear to mounting, scratches and tarnish consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 35 grams.
