Accompanied by SSEF report no. 79300, stating that the sapphires show no indications of heating, the sapphire in the ring is of Burmese origin, the other two may be determinable if unmounted. The earrings: butterfly fittings stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Sapphires measuring approximately 10.90 x 8.05 x 8.35 and 11.40 x 8.30 x 7.30mm, estimated to weigh approximately 7.00 and 6.60 carats, as gauged in the mounting. Sapphires well matched in colour, of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some small nicks and abrasions. Diamonds bright and lively. Normal signs of wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Total gross weight approximately 18 grams. The ring: stamped 950 Pt for platinum. Engraved 60A-2874-25. According to the SSEF report, the sapphire measuring 9.90 x 9.46 x 6.39mm, weighing 5.83 carats, is blue of strong saturation, for further information please refer to the report. With typical inclusions visible under close inspection, and a few nicks and abrasions. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.50 - 3.00 carats, on average G - H colour, VS - SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 9 grams.
