Accompanied by SSEF report no. 72976, stating that the sapphire is of Malagasy origin, with no indications of heating. French maker's mark ARPA with a pair of cherries between the AR and PA and Sté over the cherries. According to the SSEF report the sapphire, weighing 12.54 carat, measures 13.87 x 10.74 x 8.89 mm, blue of medium strong saturation, for further information please refer to the report; with very good transparency, with typical crystal inclusions, one surface reaching feather on girdle and facets above and below the girdle. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of 38.00 - 39.00, on average of G-H colour, clarity VS-SI clarity. Clasp secure, safety latch has been removed. Signs of little wear consistent with very light use. In very good condition. Total gross weight approximately 45 grams.
