In very good condition. The flanking diamonds are approximately E-F color and VS clarity. Accompanied by GIA report no. 1162678435 stating that the diamond is E color, VS1 clarity, with indications of a laser drill hole. Signed Cartier on outside of shank, near a shoulder. Numbered inside shank.
