Condition
Automatic movement in working order when cataloguing. Dial in good condition, nice and clean. Case with surface scratches around the bezel and the back, a few minor scuffs near the right bezel. Bracelet with light scratches from normal wear.
Please note that the movement has not been tested for the accuracy of time keeping and a service might be required at the buyer's expense.

繼世界首枚自動上鏈日曆腕錶3448型號風靡全球20年後，3450型號於1981至1985年間承接面世。此型號以較先進的27-460 QB機芯取代舊有27-460機芯，並在3點至4點位置加設閏年視窗。與3448型號相比，此錶配有較3448型號薄2毫米的撳扣式藍寶石水晶透蓋及較寬的錶圈。
3450型號腕錶依照生產時間均有不同版本，首批以紅色錶盤搭配阿拉伯數字閏年顯示，品牌稍後發行改版，採用羅馬數字I至IV，此次拍品屬於後者。3448及3450型號生產年期有所重疊，而當3940型號於1985年發行時，兩者皆於同年停產。此型號總產量只有244枚，大部分是黃金版本，只有少部分為粉紅金及白金材質。
自發行即被視為經典，3450型號成為百達翡麗古典腕錶的巔峰之作。隨年月而變得越來越罕有，此拍品可說是近年市場上最受注目之作。此錶未經拋光，錶耳邊緣銳利，金屬印記清晰，附帶原廠證書，是鐘錶收藏家夢寐以求的腕錶。
