The vase has been drilled and fitted to the lamp base and has not been inspected outside of the base. There are restored chips and sections around the rims. There are scattered fissures to the vase and cover some have been stabilized with a now discolored adhesive and some with associated losses. There are chip to the tips of two leaves.
