The cover with old repair across the top above the frontal dragon's head. There are areas of some overpaint. The box with scattered cracks with associated chips, losses and overpainting. Several of the lobes of the interior rim are chipped or missing a section. There are chips, losses, cracks and lifting of the lacquer throughout.
