with thin, gently rounded sides rising from a short foot, the interior painted with a scholar and his attendant walking in a rocky landscape, together with a crane, and two bats flying above, the exterior with detached groups of lingzhi and bamboo, six-character mark within double circles in underglaze blue 

There is a 1 in. 2.5 cm long hairline crack to the rim. There is a chinese character incised above the mark.
