The tip of the rear leaf of the crown, the tip of the fluttering ribbon above the elephant's head, and one of the tusks is chipped. A section of the stem of the lotus held in both hands is missing. There is some minor scattered suface corrosion, some chipping around the base and a serial number has been etched into the rear just above the base.
