the curved sides rising from a tapered foot to a flaring rim, painted to the interior with a central medallion enclosing two phoenixes in flight amongst ruyi cloud scrolls, the exterior similarly decorated, inscribed to the base with a six-character reign mark within a double-circle
Condition
The dish has two 3 and one 6mm., shallow rim flakes, four hairline rim cracks (1, 2, 3.5 and 4.5cm., long) and scattered iron spot impurities and light glaze scratches.
