well-potted, the generously swelling pear-shaped body rising from a short spreading foot to a tapering neck with broad everted rim, the exterior covered in a rich copper-red glaze, the interior and recessed base glaze white and with a six-character Qianlong seal mark

The vase has an approx. 3cm rim crack, visible both to interior and exterior. The rim is lightly polished. There are minute glaze chips along the foot where the red glaze ends. The glaze is mottled and has minor blemishes. There are minute glaze flakes. Minor glaze firing imperfections, including burst glaze bubbles and iron spots to the interior.
