the pear-shaped body rising from a short tapering foot to a tall narrow waisted neck, painted around the exterior in underglaze-blue with alternating fruiting and foliate vertical panels divided by narrow bands, the rim mounted in silver with a screw cover
Condition
Slightly warped and leaning to one side. The porcelain underneath the metal mount not inspected. Otherwise in good general condition, with several short firing cracks to the base; a 10mm glaze bubble above the foot; other minor firing imperfections and light surface wear.
