vertically oriented on a pointed tip, the leaf-shaped dark grey stone deeply pitted with an uneven surface and a few small openings, interspersed throughout with a fine network of white veins, the back side with a flatter, more even surface, wood stand

Condition
The rock is in good overall condition. The actual colour of the rock is a more pronounced mineral-grey colour than in the catalogue photo, where it has emerged too silhouetted. There are also several attractive areas where the natural sediment is of an orange-yellow tint, especially on the extremities of the crevices on the reverse, some of which are slighty brittle at the tips, as typical of lingbi stone.
