註：本幅以細竹、嫩桃入畫，瘦透奇石為根基，配置雅緻，佈局輕重均勻得宜。筆法見老蓮影響痕迹，堪與同年參加第二屆全國美展之〈竹石茶花〉媲美。

上鈐「年來持鏡頗有須」白文印，取自李長吉詩句，始用於一九三六年。
