上款：「左季」即周大輔（1872-1930後），江蘇常熟人，近代著名藏書家。好金石，擅典籍鈔校，其「鴿峰草堂」藏書蔚為大觀。清末任浙江候補知縣，民國後辦貧民工廠，與江浙名流文士往來甚密，獲貽書畫頗夥。
