上款：「文瑛」即安和，湖北人，一九二七年生於北京，父安懷音乃國民黨黨史編纂委員會祕書，母寧師樸，擅畫花鳥。她幼隨母習畫，一九四六年，心畬先生南下，在金陵收安和為「寒玉堂」弟子。後先生寓寧中央大飯店，她即每天前往受教。政權易手，溥氏東渡台灣，安氏一家亦遷該地，異地師徒重晤，她遂遷至先生台北家中，朝夕讀書習字，親聆教益，直到五三年初，安和因父病，需加照顧，方返台中。

註：本幅寫於一九五六年冬，即心畬先生東遊歸來，精製小卷贈入室女弟。畫中方寸天地，佈局奇兀，不類江南秀色，只見巉岩叠石，有如懸空危道，下臨深淵；又見巨石堆積，上生雜樹，中穿空透漏，狀若盆景；復見磴道上引，山門凌峰絶頂，似接天之勢。本卷寫來奇姿異態，曲折迭生，想像精奇，洵屬絶品！
