款識：
卷軸名流如同良友，書窗靜坐即是神仙。
嘉慶壬戌歲三月，余養病於銕缾巷王氏墨香齋中，同人索余書者正多，不少得已以左手作之，清壯力猷不如人。今老矣，無能為力，況以左為右，將所不可以代繁取，適足以貽笑方家耳。嘉定十蘭老人錢坫并記。
鈐印：「錢坫之印」、「獻之十蘭」。

Condition
-Signs of restoration can be found on both scrolls, especially at the bottom section of the calligraphy. The second scroll has turned yellowish, which can be improved by restoration. Otherwise, generally in fair condition.

註：嘉慶初，白蓮教眾擾川陝之地，錢坫時署華州抵禦，復力遏寇犯河南，賊勢衰，他卻積勞，右體偏枯，後請終養回籍。其右手不能作書，遂改以左手寫之。同年友人趙希璜有詩云「憐君已抱偏枯病，過鄴猶留左手書」，即指獻之自南歸，過鄴城見訪，留住七日，尚奮以左手作書。而因疾改變書寫之習慣，遂令其書風於晚歲生變，論者皆贊其渾厚具古樸氣息，別具一格。本幅寫於光緒七年，乃攜眷南歸後，謂「同人索余書者正多」，可知筆下甚勤，毋因體疾而廢書。
