耄耋長春。
寒齋嚮收〈貓苑〉一書，中缺一頁，數年搜訪，未獲補鈔。月前，涵青社長兄以圖書館運回書目見貽，此書列譜錄之部，因得補鈔，而館本亦得補兩序，是皆涵青社長兄之力也。用松雪法製此，乞正并記。甲申閏夏。非闇弟照。

上款：「涵青」即俞家驥（1877-1968），浙江紹興人。曾入國子監求學，晚清以迄民國，皆任官陝西。後漸疏離政界，轉任北平圖書館館長兼大陸銀行北平分行經理。四九年後獲聘任為中央文史館館員。
