Signs of paper loss at the blank area along the lower border of the coloured leaf, which can be improved by restoration. Otherwise, generally in good condition.

註：民國海上畫壇諸家中，多有取墨龍入畫，如黃山壽、張善子、王一亭，甚或大千先生亦偶為之。惟以常州房虎卿最擅此道，亦因如此，掩其技法之全面。本幅寫扇改以蒼松蔬菜為題，一面以縱放筆墨狀雙松併立，筆道剛猛，墨氣濃重，勢若披甲虬龍盤旋飛舞，另面寫瓜菓堆放，節令時果紛陳，嫩綠嬌紅，色彩多姸而不穠俗，氣息清新。一扇兩面，輕重、濃淡，均勻有度，可見下筆頗具心思，不同題材皆駕馭得宜。
