歐洲重要私人收藏昌碩、悲鴻精品 （編號 1197－1198）

本輯收藏者乃法國資深外交官。六十年代至七十年代期間，歷任駐華大使館二等祕書、駐匈牙利大使館二等祕書、駐蘇聯大使館一等祕書。又獲任法國駐聯合國日內瓦辦事處的常任代表，擢升至具大使銜。據其憶述，一九六八年一月至一九七〇年五月，正值「文化大革命」熾熱期間，供職於駐北京大使館。因得睹館內仝事所藏傅抱石山水，深受啓發，翌日即往琉璃廠的文物商店購置書畫。所藏之傅抱石〈毛澤東《登廬山》詩意〉及黃賓虹〈幽谷論道圖〉，可參見香港蘇富比，二〇一二年四月，中國書書拍賣，編號1206；及二〇一三年十月，中國書畫拍賣，編號1371。

註 ：「紫綬」為古代高官服飾，〈漢書〉有「相國、丞相皆秦官，金印紫綬」之說，清末民初海派繪畫，常以「紫綬」取題，蓋喻官居一品，位居顯要之意。老缶喜畫藤本，千條萬絲纏繞間，似筆走龍蛇，縱橫恣放，正合其篆籀用筆之法。

本幅紫藤粗幹斜伸畫面，轉折昂首上延，枝葉交雜，奔騰飛舞，紫花黃蕊，穿插點綴，疏密間呈對角傾斜之勢；筆恣墨縱，神完氣足，確有氣奪幽燕之慨。
