註：「思中」生平資料不詳。按白石老人所致另函內容，可知乃舊京之書畫裱褙師傅，白石不僅將作品裝池一事委付於他，且介紹予門下弟子。
白石性格錙銖必算，鮮有贈畫，今坦言真率，以近作相贈，並明言欲對方以畫碗及銅水挑回報，非交誼深厚，無乃致此！日後獲此待遇，恐僅得劉金濤耳！本函無署年，按書體風格及另函中所述交往推斷，似屬相若三十年代中期所出。
