of rounded rectangular section, carved on one side in low relief with a fisherman on a boat, the foreground detailed with plants and tempestuous waves, the reverse inscribed with Xing Xiu's poem Yufu tu ('Picture of a fisherman'), the translucent stone of an even milky-white tone, an aperture pierced through the upper centre for threading a beaded string
