seated in vajraparyankasana, the right hand held in bhumisparshamudra and the left in dhyanamudra holding an attribute (now missing), wearing a tight-fitting robe draped over the left shoulder and falling in undulous folds over his arms and knees, the serene face with downcast eyes set in a meditative expression, flanked by a pair of long pendulous ears, the head and domed usnisa covered with tight curls coloured in blue and surmounted by a jewel, all supported on a double lotus pedestal, the base unsealed

The figure is in overall good condition. There is some expected wear, oxidization or tarnishing to the gilding in areas, in commensuration with age, including on the face of the Buddha and on the palms of the hands (showing on the catalogue illustration), there are a few minor dents to the edge of the base and the hem of the robe on the back of the figure. The base is unsealed.
