finely reticulated with an outstretched phoenix confronting a dragon with a ruyi branch in-between, the phoenix's wings detailed with fine cross-hatching incisions, the dragon's body and the phoenix's tails stylised into sinuous curves, the smoothly polished stone of even celadon-white colour, later set with a gold ring for suspension
Condition
It is in overall very good condition with only some occasional minute nibbles to the extremities. The stone has some natural inclusions and veinings. The actual colour is slightly warmer than the catalogue illustration.
