carved in the form of a flattened fruit partially concealed with low-relief curled leaves on both sides, the fruit textured with an organic uneven surface, one side carved with an outstretched bird swooping downwards, above an inscription, the upper centre pierced with an aperture, the smoothly polished stone of even white colour

The pendant is in very good overall condition. There is a very minute black inclusion to the tip of the stem at the pendant's bottom. The actual colour is consistent, if not somewhat warmer and slightly less grey than, the catalogue illustration. The wood stand is in good condition.
