each decorated with a variation of the same related design depicting a five-clawed dragon writhing in mid-air against a ground of tempestuous waves, either finely painted in shades of blue, or reserved in white or iron red on a ground of white-crested dark blue waves, the reverse similarly painted with nine smaller dragons variously dancing above waves, all below a serrated band of florets at the rim, the base inscribed in underglaze blue with a six-character seal mark  

The red dragon dish with a few imperfections in the glaze around the cavetto and couple of pin-prick bubbles on the rim, otherwise good. The pale blue dragon dish with a small unburst bubble to the interior cavetto, light scratches and minor specks on the rim, but otherwise also in good condition. The white dragon dish with a kiln grit on the interior and minor iron spots around the cavetto, the base with a small narrow glaze gap, otherwise in good condition.
