each decorated around the exterior with five multi-coloured bats grasping an auspicious item in their mouth, the base inscribed in iron red with a four-character seal mark
Condition
The four large bowls are in good condition with minute pinholes to bottom and for bowl no. 2 and 4, there are also short glaze pull lines to interior bottom. For bowl no. 4, there is some short body line between pink and lime green bats. The enamels are good and have been remarkably well preserved. The actual colour is less yellow compared to the catalogue illustration.
