carved in the form of an incurved scroll crested with swirling clouds, one side carved with a fruiting branch of peach, the reverse inscribed with a four-character inscription Qian Xiang Yun Ji ('A thousand auspicious clouds shall bring you luck'), the stone of even white colour
Condition
The plaque is in good overall condition. There is some nibbling along the lower edge. The actual colour is somewhat warmer and less grey when compared to the illustration in the catalogue.
