the hollowed-out root carved with irregular incurved sides and a wavy contour, set to one side with a branch issuing thin twigs extending onto the interior and across the underside whilst bearing clusters of needles, the bamboo richly patinated to a warm reddish-brown colour
Condition
There is some natural pitting and light discolouration on the underside, some minor occasional nicks to the edges, but overall the washer is in very good condition. The actual colour is slightly warmer and a tinge more reddish compared to the catalogue illustration.
