carved recumbent with a sinuous arched body and curling tail, crouching low on its muscular limbs, its head raised detailed with open jaws, trailing antlers and a finely incised beard, the stone of warm yellowish-green colour
Condition
The pendant is in overall good condition. There is some expected occasional nibbling, including a tiny nick likely to be original to the carving on the edge on the section extending under the curling tail.
