Acquired in Hong Kong in 1997.
Condition
The painting is in overall good condition with the exception of a ca. 4x5cm circular area of loss to the paper to the upper left hand side and an almost vertical crease running though the paper and mounting and extending ca. 40cm down the centre of the painting. There is also light overall foxing especially to the lower part of the painting. The colours are lighter than the catalogue illustration suggests.
